Boarding charges are calculated similar to hotels; clients are charged for a full day the day their pet checks in, regardless of the check in time. Clients who check out by or before our check out time of 10:00 AM, on normal business days, will not be charged for that day. Clients who check out after 10:00 AM are charged for the full day. Full payment for boarding is required prior to your pet checking out. High Halo Boarding Kennels accepts payment by check or cash only.

High Halo Boarding Kennels is family operated, your cooperation and understanding of our business hours is greatly appreciated.  We do not receive or release pets after business hours except in the case of an emergency.

Cancellations:  Please notify us before your check-in date if you need to cancel your reservations. Thank you.

Reservations are required to make certain your pet is properly vaccinated prior to boarding. We advise advance reservations for summer and holiday time.
